Why don't you just get a ticket to the first place outside of China locally, and book the rest online with travelocity?
The big gun show is at the Dulles Expo Center in two weeks. I need to get some Ruger 10/22 components. You need anything?

That is sort of what plan D is like, but it can not be that simple. I'll explain later.
I can't think of anything I could have that they are selling there. Have fun!
